Smiths News have apologised to us for their failure to deliver any newspapers to us today, Christmas Eve. This is enormously disappointing to us and entirely due to an error on their part.
We shall be seeking compensation from them. We can only pass on their apologies to all our newspaper customers. This is the last thing we would want to happen on your Christmas Eve Sunday morning. Smiths have promised that newspapers will be available as normal on Boxing day and New Year’s Day.
